400 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Gyros
2 small potatoes
1 small onion
200 g water
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp crushed almonds
5 dried prunes (deseeded)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
salt and pepper

 

Wheaty Tajine

Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and finely dice the onions.

Heat the oil up in a pan and braise the potatoes and onions. Deglaze with some water and let it boil until they're soft. Add a little salt and pepper, fold in the Gyros and let it boil.

Cut the prunes into bits and add to the dish together with the almonds and lemon peel.

Then sprinkle some cinnamon over the dish and mix well.
