200 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Smoked
200 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Salami
300 g cabbage
50 g olive oil, 30 g vinegar
salt, pepper
1 pinch of caraway seed powder
20 g spring onion rolls
1Tl mustard
150 g tomatoes, diced
1 pickled gherkin, diced

 

Wheaty cabbage salad

Remove the single cabbage leaves, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices. Briefly blanch it and cool off in icy water.

Prepare a marinade with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, mustard and the spring onion rolls. Fold in the cabbage slices and let it it rest for 40 minutes.

Cut the VEGANSLICES into small rectangles, fold into the salad with the diced tomatoes and gherkin. Store in a cool place.
