400 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Curry
200 g cooked rice
150 ml coconut milk
1 small apple
1 carrot
1 onion
salt and pepper
basil leaf
olive oil

 

Wheaty coconut

Peel the apple and finely chop into cubes. Then heat up the rice, the VEGANKEBAB Curry, coconut milk and the diced apple.

Finely dice the carrot and onion and braise in some olive oil, then fold into the rice dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the rice dish into a cup and press in (the cup should be rinsed out with some cold water beforehand). Place four equally-sized portions on a warmed up platter and garnish with basil leaves.
