400 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Curry
150 g grated carrots
2 small spring onions
some parsley leaves
a little lemon peel
colourful lettuce leaves (for serving)

 

Wheaty carrot

Place the VEGANKEBAB Curry in a bowl.

Wash the spring onions and cut into small rolls. Add to the curry, together with the grated carrots, lemon peel and the parsley. To garnish, place on some lettuce leaves.

A tip for serving: Fill into wraps, fold in at the sides and roll them up.
