250 g silk tofu

Vegan "Zwiebelplootz" onion cake

Lightly warm up the oat milk. Dissolve the yeast in the oat milk. Put some flour in a bowl. Add the oil, out milk with the dissolved yeast, sugar and salt. Knead the dough until it comes off the edges of the bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough leaven for about 15 minutes in a warm place.

Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Briefly fry in margarine or oil. Dice the vegan smoked steak and fold in to the silk tofu together with the unions. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll the dough on a floured surface (it should be about 1 cm thick). Cut circles out with a glass (approx. 8 cm in diameter) and place the cut-outs on a baking tray (place some baking paper on top first). Spread the filling in the middle of the circles of dough whilst leaving the edge of the dough free. Let the dough leaven again for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to about 170°. Bake the filled circles of dough for about 15 minutes.
