200 g VEGANKEBAB Gyros
1 small stalk of leek
150 g paprika (red and green)
200 g beans
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp tomato puree
300 g tortellini, cooked
2 tbsp ajvar
½ tbsp vegetable extract
1 tsp fresh rosemary needles
Clean the leek, halve and cut into fine strips.
Halve the paprika, deseed, wash and cut into small rectangles.
Clean the beans, cut into small bits and wash them (you can also use pre-cooked beans if you want).
Peel the garlic cloves and cut into small slices.
Heat up the oil and braise the garlic with the vegetables for 10-12 minutes. Add some liquid.
Add the Gyros and tomato puree, fold in the tortellini and heat everything up once again.
Season with ajvar and vegetable extract and spinkle some fresh rosemary needles over the dish.
