150 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Chorizo
100 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Smoked
150 g salad mix
100 g finely cut white cabbage
100 g cherry tomatoes
2 pointed peppers
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 1/2 lemons
salt and pepper
sugar
chilli powder
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
Wash the salad mix and spin dry. Cut the Chorizo into strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Halve, deseed and remove the white skin from the pepper and cut into strips.
Cut the Wheaty VEGANSLICES Smoked into strips and add to a bowl with the tomatoes, Chorizo slices and cabbage.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt, chilli powder, chopped garlic and sugar well. Finely dice the red onions and mix into the marinade. Then pour over the Chorizo-vegetable mix and mix thoroughly. Then spread across the salad mix.
