300 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Classic or smoked 300 g soft prunes (deseeded) ¼ l pancake dough (thick, creamy and slightly peppered) sunflower oil wooden skewers

This vegan pancake dough is easy to make. One part flour, the other with carbonated mineral water, water or soya milk with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Once the dough has been prepared, halve the VEGANSLICES. Roll up one prune in one of the halves.
Fasten with a wooden skewer. Dip them into the pancake dough and let them drop off. Briefly deep-fry them in plenty of hot oil. Serve whilst still hot.
