1 VEGANSTEAK Roastbeev (150 g) 1 cup of frozen peas 1 handful of cashew nuts 2 cups of cooked rice 2-3 tbsp oil 1 onion 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 paprika curry spice salt chilli
Nasi goreng with a seitan roast
Cook the pees in hot salted water. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan (no fat) and put to one side when done. Cook the rice in saltwater.
Cut the Roastbeev into mouth-sized bits. Cut the paprika, chilli and onions into strips. Fry the Roastbeev together with the onions in 2 tbsp of oil.
Add the vegetables and fry, so that the paprika is still firm to the bite. Add the cooked rice. Season with soy sauce, salt and curry spices. Then add the cashew nuts.
The vegetables can be varied, according to your taste and the season!
