300 g Wheaty VEGANSAUSAGE Country Style
8 wooden skewers

For the sauce:

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp paprika powder (mild)
2 ½ tbsp flour
4 tbsp olive oil
120 ml dry sherry or orange juice
oil (for frying)

 

Moorish skewers

Mix all the ingredients into a creamy mass and store in a cool place.

Skewer the sausages lengthways with the wooden skewers.

Coat them with the sauce and fry in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil until they are golden brown. Alternative: Deep-fry in frying oil.
