300 g Wheaty VEGANSAUSAGE Country Style8 wooden skewers
For the sauce:
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped1 pinch of cayenne pepper1 tsp cumin powder1 tbsp paprika powder (mild)2 ½ tbsp flour4 tbsp olive oil120 ml dry sherry or orange juiceoil (for frying)
Mix all the ingredients into a creamy mass and store in a cool place.
Skewer the sausages lengthways with the wooden skewers.
Coat them with the sauce and fry in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil until they are golden brown. Alternative: Deep-fry in frying oil.
