100 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Smoked
100 g cooked lentils
5 radishes, cut into slices
½ bunch of parsley, chopped
½ bunch of chives, chopped
½ small onion, chopped

Vinaigrette:

2 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vegetable stock
1 pinch of sugar
salt, pepper

 

Lentil salad

Cut the slices up. You can cut them eg. into a rhombus form.

Mix the remaining ingredients and let everything sit and soak for about an hour.
