3 x Wheaty VEGANSAUSAGE Red Sausages
2 of each: red, yellow and green pepper pods
3 onions
salt, pepper from a pepper mill
1½ tbsp olive oil
4 wooden skewers
400 g soya yoghurt
2 tsp paprika powder

 

Onion & paprika skewers

Clean and wash the pepper pods and cut them into 16 equally sized bits.

Also cut the sausages into 16 equally sized bits.

Peel the onions and cut them into columns. Alternately skewer the different ingredients.

Season and braise both sides evenly in hot olive oil (for 8-10 minutes). You can also brush them with olive oil and grill them.

Season the soya yoghurt with a mixture of paprika powder, salt and pepper and serve the skewers together with cooked grainy rice.
