4 x Wheaty VEGANSAUSAGE Red Sausages
8 medium-sized mushroom heads
1 banana
½ tbsp curry powder
lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
olive oil
some chopped parsley
4 wooden skewers

 

"La Rossa" skewers

Wash the mushroom heads.

Peel the banana and cut into 8 thick slices.

Cut the Red Sausages into 8 bits and alternately slide onto the skewers.

Mix the olive oil and curry powder and spread onto the skewers. Briefly fry both sides on a grill. Then season with some salt and drizzle some lemon juice over the sausages. 

Finally, sprinkle some chopped parsley over the skewers.
