1 packet VEGANSAUSAGE Country Style
125 g mixed young spinach leaves
120 g cucumber
100 g broccoli
1 stem of celery

For the sauce:

30 ml olive oil
25 ml balsamic vinegar
10 ml sesame oil
5 ml soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped chives

 

Crunchy green salad with country style sausages

Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a small bowl and mix well.

Cut the cucumber (unpeeled) into slices of approx. 5 mm thickness. Cut the celery into thin slices.

Cut up the broccoli into small florets.

Cut the sausages into slices of approx. 1 cm thickness, then briefly fry in a hot pan with very little oil

Finally, mix everything and pour the sauce over the dish. Serve straight away!
