5 Wheaty Spacebar Chorizo
150 g Millet
350 ml mild vegetable stock
1 courgette
1/2 yellow pepper pod
1/2 red pepper pod
1 carrot
1 small red onion
1 clove of garlic
100 g diced tomatoes
1 small stalk of leek
olive oil
curry powder
salt and pepper
thyme
basil leaves
Finely dice the carrot, leek and pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry in some olive oil. Then add the carrot, leek and pepper.
Cut the Spacebar Chorizo into slices, the courgette into small cubes and fold them in together with the tomato cubes and cook (at low heat) for about 8 minutes.
Cook the millet according to the packaging, season with salt, pepper, curry powder and thyme.
Mix everything and serve in a hot pan. You can also serve on some place and form the mix into small rings (see picture above). Garnish with basil leaves and pepper strips.
