400 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Gyros
8 medium-sized potatoes
1 tsp caraway
nutmeg
salt
200 ml soya cream
sunflower oil
1 small onion
salad strips
1 tomato, cut into strips

 

Gyros & mashed potato

Cook the potatos (with the peel) together with the caraway. Then peel them and put them through a potato press (or use a potato masher). Fold in the soya cream with a whisk. Season with mashed potato with salt and nutmeg. Place on a platter (longways) with small mounds.

Heat up the Gyros for 3-4 minutes in some oil and then place the Gyros on the mashed potato.

For serving, garnish with onion rings, tomato strips and salad.
