4 Wheaty VEGANSAUSAGE Spiral
500 g dwarf beans
300 g potatoes
1 small tin of white beans
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
5 tbsp olive oil
1 small tinned of chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
100 ml vegetable stock
salt, pepper
paprika powder (red)
150 ml soya cream
1 Parisian white bread
Clean the beans, wash and peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel the onions and garlic and dice finely.
Warm up some oil and lightly braise the onions and garlic. Add the potatoes and beans and fry.
Let the tinned tomatoes drain and then fold into the main dish.
Drizzle with some flour and add some vegetable stock. Season and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the soya cream.
Gently fry the spiral sausages on both sides until they are slightly crusty on the outside.
Serve with sliced Parisian bread!
