300 g VEGANSAUSAGE Chorizo 3 cloves of garlic 250 g soya yoghurt 1 tsp caraway 1 bunch of chives salt, pepper 4 small wooden skewers 1 Parisian white bread
Gran Chorizo skewers
Cut the VEGANSAUSAGE Chorizo into small square cubes.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely.
Mix together with the soya yoghurt, caraway and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Place into a bowl and skewer each single Chorizo cube.
Dip in soya yoghurt and enjoy with fresh Parisian white bread!
