200 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Gyros
400 g gnocchi (bought or home made, you can find a recipe here)
1 rosemary twig
olive oil
1 onion
1 red pepper pod
1 green pepper pod
2 cloves of garlic
200 g diced (tinned) tomatoes
1 tbsp sambal olek
salt

 

Gnocchi Diabolo with gyros

Finely chop the gyros.

Fry the gnocchi in a pan with some olive oil and a rosemary twig until brown, then store in a warm place.

Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.

Wash the pepper pods, deseed and also cut into small cubes.

Peel the garlic and finely chop.

Fry these ingredients in some olive oil together with the gyros.

Add the gnocchi and fold in the tomato cubes. Season with sambal olek and a little salt.
