1 packet of VEGANSAUSAGE Mini-Herby
8 small and evenly sized potatoes
5 spring onions
2 tbsp liquid maple syrup
2 large beef tomatoes
some vegetable stock
salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
olive oil
2 tbsp chopped herbs (fresh)
4 wooden skewers

 

Mini-Herby & potato skewers

Wash and peel the potatoes, halve them and cook in some salted water until they are firm to the bite.

Alternately skewer them together with the Mini-Herby sausages.

Then brush with the maple syrup and then some oil. Brown on a grill or in a pan on both sides with some oil.

Wash the tomatoes and halve them, then lightly roast them on a grill.

Wash the spring onions and cut into evenly sized pieces. Sauté in a pan with some olive oil, add some vegetable stock and cook for a couple of minutes. Then season with salt, pepper and some sugar.

Serve the skewers on a plate, add the grilled tomatoes and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
