Avocado dip:

1 medium-sized ripe avocado, sliced
200 g soya yoghurt (plain)
some lemon juice
grated orange peel
salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
herb stems

Paprika dip:

1 onions, peeled and diced
1 red pepper pod, diced
200 g soya yoghurt (plain)
2 tbsp ajvar
salt, cayenne pepper

Herb dip:

300 g soya yoghurt (plain)
2 shallots, finely diced
1 bunch of radishes (sliced into thin strips)
2 tbsp mixed herbs
salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar

 

Barbecue dips

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer or with a hand blender. Keep cool when done.

Garnish with herb stems (basil, parsley, chives & dill).
