Avocado dip:
1 medium-sized ripe avocado, sliced200 g soya yoghurt (plain)some lemon juicegrated orange peelsalt, pepper, a pinch of sugarherb stems
Paprika dip:
1 onions, peeled and diced1 red pepper pod, diced200 g soya yoghurt (plain)2 tbsp ajvarsalt, cayenne pepper
Herb dip:
300 g soya yoghurt (plain)2 shallots, finely diced1 bunch of radishes (sliced into thin strips)2 tbsp mixed herbssalt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer or with a hand blender. Keep cool when done.
Garnish with herb stems (basil, parsley, chives & dill).
