100 g long grain rice
sunflower oil
1 clove of garlic
25 g celery root, cut into strips
80 g mushrooms, diced
20 g carrots, cut into strips
30 g leek, cut into strips
200 ml vegetable stock
200 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Curry
curry powder, ginger powder
soy sauce
1-2 tbsp soya cream
½ tbsp roasted sesame
almond flakes
Cook the rice so that it is firm to the bite.
Heat up some sunflower oil, peel the garlic and finely crush it.
Sauté together with the vegetable strips. Pour some vegetable stock on the dish, choose how much depending on the consistency you want to have.
Add the cooked rice.
Add the Wheaty Curry and fold in. Briefly let the food boil. Then season with curry powder, ginger powder, soy sauce and cream.
Sprinkle with some roasted sesame seeds and almond flakes.
