300 g VEGANSAUSAGE Chorizo2 green pepper pods2 red pepper pods1-2 onions1 baguette8 wooden skewers
Cut the Wheaty Chorizo into evenly sized bits.
Peel the onion and cut into bits, cut the pepper pods into quarters, deseed and remove the dividing skin.
Alternately skewer the Chorizo sausage bits, pepper and onions bits.
Brush them with oil and grill them. Alternative: fry them on both sides with oil in a pan. Serve hot with some baguette.
