2 x VEGANSTEAK Roastbeev 500 g Chinese noodles 1 small tin of mushrooms, chopped 5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sambal oelek 100 ml peanut oil salt, pepper one red and one green pepper pod 5 spring onions 1 packet of bean sprouts 2 small stalks of leek 1 small jar of bamboo shoots (without liquid)
Chinese New Year's dish
Wash the vegetables and chop up, gently fry in a wok with hot peanut oil (firm to the bite) and stir / turn frequently.
Cut the Roastbeev into cubes. Add these and the mushrooms to the wok. Fold in the soy sauce, sambal oelek and salt.
Cook the Chinese noodles according to the instructions given on the packet and fold into the vegetables. Briefly heat up the work and season.
