A couple of vegan gingerbreads
1 fresh mango
120 g silken tofu
2 ½ Spacebar Pumpkin Seed
fresh chervil

 

Gingerbread-Canapés

Cut the spacebars into very small pieces and put them together with the tofu into a blender. Mix well to get a uniform mixture.

Peel the mangos, deseed and cut into thin slices (as thick as the gingerbread).

If you want you can also briefly toast the gingerbread.

Wash the fresh chervil and pick a few leaves.

Place one slice of mango onto each of the gingerbread and spread the Spacebar & tofu mixture on top. Garnish by placing the chervil leaves on top.

Serve on a decorative plate.
