1 packet Wheaty THE Schnitzel
6 nice kale leaves
1 dozen cherry tomatoes
2 slices of white bread
salt, pepper
garlic powder
Provencal herbs
olive oil
For the sauce:
45 ml soya cream
30 ml water
25 ml olive oil
10 ml lemon juice
4 tbsp yeast flakes
2 tsp capers
2 tsp mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
Add all the ingredients for the sauce into a tall container and mix with a hand blender.
Slice the bread and fry until golden brown and crispy in some olive oil. Then add some salt, pepper, garlic powder and Provencal herbs to the pan.
Bake the Schnitzel in plenty of oil until nice and crusty. Halve the tomatoes.
Thoroughly wash the kale. Cut into coarse pieces and add to a large bowl with some tbsp of the sauce. Mix everything well with your hands.
Mix the tomatoes and kale. Cut the Schnitzel into slices and add to the salad, together with the croutons. Serve straight away!
