250 g Wheaty VEGANKEBAB Gyros
200 g mashed potatoes
100 g vegan cheese
100 g sauerkraut, cooked
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 large onion, diced

 

Breton cabbage oven dish

Braise the onion and garlic.

Grease a fire proof dish and add the mashed potato. Spread it evenly. 

First place the Gyros on top and the sauerkraut on another layer on top. Spinkle the onion, garlic and vegan cheese (grated) on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes (at 180°C).
