200 g Wheaty VEGANSLICES Smokes
1 medium-sized cauliflower (1kg)
1 tbsp capers
6 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 red onion, finely diced
¼ red pepper pod, ¼ green pepper pod, both should be finely diced
10 black olives (halved and deseeded)
1 bunch of parsley leaves, finely chopped
black pepper
2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic, finely crushed

 

Cauliflower salad

Remove the stalk from the cauliflower and wash it. Then divide it into separate small florets.

Blanch in boiling hot water, rinse in cold water. Then cut into thin slices.

Finely chop the capers, place in a bowl and mix together with the rapeseed oil

Fold in the rest of the ingredients.

Let everything soak thoroughly, then season once again.

Garnish by placing the food on chicory or radicchio leaves.
