Bistecca Spinaci
Clean the spinach, remove the stems, wash and cut into strips. Dice the onions & garlic and braise lightly in hot oil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Add the tomato cubes and the spinach, briefly braise and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix the flour with about half of the grated cheese.
Moisten the steaks with your hands, dredge in in the flour / cheese mixture and briefly fry both sides in plenty of oil. Then place in a mould, spread with spinach and the rest of the cheese and bake for about 3 minutes at 200° in the oven. Serve once done!
